At ROLA, we believe in the power of legacy. Our awards celebrate the most meaningful messages of today across 7 diverse categories.
These awards are inspired by and dedicated to Ray Stevenson, great artist and beloved father, husband, friend, and colleague.
ROLA 2025 IS DEDICATED TO WATER
Water carries the mysteries of creation.
Her presence birthed the potential for the emergence of life on Earth.
Her molecules shape the cells, tissues and organs of each and every one of us to form the foundation of human biology.
Native Americans say it is water which leads the way.

RAY OF LIGHT AWARD
Most innovative and transcendental multimedia content. For outstanding contribution to human consciousness. For content that stretches the boundaries of our understanding and invites us to expand beyond empirical reality. The winner of the Ray of Light Award is honoured for sharing a message that serves as a guiding light for humanity.
GAIA AWARD
Most illuminating, most honourable. For content that exposes the power of the feminine essence and honours the role of women as contemporary and ancestral keepers of knowledge and wisdom. Women as leaders, healers, and creators of life. The Gaia Award also welcomes content that reconnects us with Mother Earth, reminds us of our ancient symbiosis with Nature, as well as content produced by female creators.
YOUTH AWARD
Most progressive and ambitious. At ROLA, we trust in the voices and ideas of the next generation. We aim to create spaces where the most powerful and compelling youth voices can be heard. This category celebrates ground-breaking content by creators aged 25 years and under, whose work leads us to question narratives, find solutions, and move forward.
FOR THE NEW GENERATION AWARD
Most motivating and empowering. For inspirational content that speaks directly to the new generation. ROLA recognises the profound influence content creators and storytellers have in shaping the minds and realities of the next generation. This award celebrates creators committed to producing positive, life-affirming media through narratives that empower and guide the next generation.
MUSIC AWARD
Honoring music as the most divine of all arts, and celebrating the artists who serve as its truest vessels on Earth, this award recognizes the power of music to transcend boundaries and elevate the human spirit. The goal is to celebrate the diversity and richness of high-frequency music while embracing the potential of new technologies, fostering cultural exchange, and encouraging global collaboration.
The award is divided into two categories:
1. Growth of Consciousness Award:
Awarded to artists who, through the fusion of modern technologies, insightful lyrics, and live instrumentation, create music that expands awareness and elevates consciousness.
2. Roots and Ancestors Award:
For artists inspired by traditional roots, medicine music and world music, showing deep respect for cultural traditions.
IBIZA AWARD
Most impactful and revolutionary. For island-born initiatives modelling new ways of thinking and being, worthy of global recognition. ( by nomination only ) Ibiza has always been a melting pot which attracted original thinkers. Today the island is home to many conscious business leaders challenging convention across sectors such as agriculture, education, medicine and commerce. These individuals and organizations share the common value of striving to implement regenerative systems and circular economies to enhance the lives and experiences of their local community and protect the wider island ecology.
LEGACY AWARD
This, the final award of the ceremony, is given with our deepest respect and gratitude to an individual for their lifelong service and contribution to the human experience. This award honors the most meaningful storytellers of our era, who have touched the hearts, minds and lives of many of us, and whose timeless work will continue to be recognized and shared amongst future generations.

The Ray of Light Awards are a testament to the enduring spirit of our dear friend Ray Stevenson and to Ibiza, his beloved home. Since the dawn of humanity, the ritual of storytelling ensured each new generation inherited the values of their ancestors. Join us in honoring Ray’s legacy, celebrating artists who illuminate our world.
In his memory, we honor not just his multifaceted artistic prowess but his unwavering belief in the ability of art to unite, inspire, amuse, provoke change, and connect more deeply together.
Despite having never been a Tattoo enthusiast, while shooting in Australia, he found an image he tattooed on his right arm: The Celtic Warrior, with one foot in this realm and one in the other. This tattoo became the inspiration for the logo of the Ray of Light Awards.
Abundantly creative, perceptive and wise. We want to thank Ray for dreaming this festival into our imaginations.
The Celtic Warrior, with one foot in this realm and one in the other inspired the logo of the Ray of Light Awards. The Warrior encourages us to keep moving forwards, to bridge dimensions and to honor the depth and mystery of life and it is the powerful symbol Ray tattooed on his arm in 2019 whilst shooting Thor.

ROLA 2024 - THE SEED
On June 1st 2024, ROLA planted the first seed in Ibiza’s fertile soil, to create a powerful annual gathering of content creators. We also want to shine the light on those bringing awareness and initiatives making significant contributions to the island. Hence the “Ibiza Award”.
ROLA 2024 laid the foundation for the 2025 ROLA Awards.

The ROLA’s are created by a small and dedicated team of family and friends of Ray Stevenson. All had their unique relationship with Ray, who, like the island, remain a constant source of inspiration.

Silvana Oshiro, an Argentine of Japanese descent, brings with her a rich experience in social communication and public relations. Resident in Ibiza for more than twenty years, she is the co-founder of the prestigious Nassau Group, which includes Nassau Beach Club, Tanit Beach Club, Dunes, Cas Costas and 1742, along with the Casa Munich boutique hotel. She currently leads her company that brings to life the image and merchandising of Nassau and other establishments on the island, in addition to creating fashion and accessory brands. Her passion for cinema, fashion and music defines her essence, while she fully identifies with the freedom that the island of Ibiza provides.

Virginia Sanz is the co-founder and producer of the Ray of Light Awards.
Spanish with a global mindset, having lived 23 years outside her country. She is a local businesswoman with a global mindset focused on impact and purposeful projects. She is also known for being a community player and for her heartfelt solidarity.
Likewise, she is a conscious business entrepreneur, creative director, and producer. Her professional experience has been with top companies in the arts, fashion, and entertainment for more than 20 years. She has worked with brands like Villa Eugenie and Cirque du Soleil.
Vicky Sanz is the founder, vision holder , Creative Director and CEO of Can Joy, Ibiza, and Conscious Incubator. CI aims to support projects in Ibiza that will make a positive impact in our community and from Ibiza to the world.
Can Joy it is a blue-print model in Ibiza . A Creative Center for Children , Teens, and Families in the areas of the Arts , Nature, Technology, and Mindfulness. Its main purpose is to give our children the tools to develop their heartfelt passions and talents, connecting with good values to be joyful and become conscious leaders of our world.
ROLA is aligned with her heart's values and purpose.

Irena Isabella Kleut is a luminary who brings innovation to cinema and entertainment milieu through her unique intuitive lens. Having worked with renowned brands like Cannes Film Festival, Warner Brothers, Mirador Pictures, Cirque du Soleil, as well as Madmana Studio, Isabella alchemizes the power of cinema and art to catalyse global transformation through innovative conscious media. She has worked as an Intuitive Producer and Intuitive Advisor on critically acclaimed films such as The Man Who Knew Infinity and Monkey Man.
She is an intuitive producer & advisor to artists, CEOs, thought leaders, film producers, musicians, writers and diverse creatives... guiding leaders who are developing transformative projects in art, film, music, business and science by helping them to access their intuition code. As an intuitive producer, Isabella guides filmmakers in their creative process to help inspire, entertain and invoke change on a global level through art of great storytelling and producing conscious content. In addition Isabella is also collaborating with Indigenous wisdom keepers across the globe to inspire sustainable future where nature is honoured in Unity Consciousness.
As an intuitive producer, she has been appointed as a member of the prestigious RAY OF LIGHT AWARDS film festival in Ibiza.

Alessandro Geraldini is a pioneering entrepreneur and philanthropist with a strong foothold in creativity and technology. As a co-founder of the Ray of Light Awards, he blends digital innovation with artistic expression, enhancing the festival's global impact and promoting the use of technology for social good.

Jimena Buttigliengo (Argentina- Italy) is a top model, actress, TV presenter, photographer and entrepreneur. Through her career, she has collaborated with premier luxury brands and magazine covers worldwide. Jimena is a citizen of the world, having lived in Miami, New York, Milan, Paris, London, Ibiza, and Buenos Aires. Jimena made her cinematic debut in France with Les 7 Vices and ventured into the realm of action series with Jack Stall Dead in London.

Sebastiano, only 16 years old and the eldest of Ray's three sons, quickly perceived his father's deep appreciation for the film industry. When he heard about the project in his father’s honor, he found the idea compelling and believed it could result in something truly beautiful. His interest grew gradually, and he began taking on a bigger part in the project.

Louise was born in London and has had a varied career, spanning 30 years, within the entertainment industry. She started as a journalist for variety & moving pictures magazines, producing a daily magazine at the Berlin, Cannes and AFI film festivals. Loving the arts, she became part of an artist’s Collective Six-01 Studios, in Los Angeles (where she lived for 20 years), producing many media events, art exhibitions, a play, safe and short film beef wellington, which was selected by many film festivals in the US. During her time in LA, she studied photography and was the in-house photographer for six-01 studios.

Elisabetta Caraccia is a distinguished figure in the community, celebrated for her dedication to the environment and to creating platforms for human interaction, creative expansion, self empowerment and cultural enrichment. Graduated in Anthropology and with a foundation in classical studies, she has embraced various roles within the community and the arts sector.Elisabetta co-founded the Ray of Light Awards to highlight impactful art and foster innovation. Her work is driven by a belief in art's ability to inspire and unite, making her a pivotal force behind the festival's success and its mission to support emerging talents.
